Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please send to our warehouse at Unit 14-15, Melbury Business Park, West Melbury, Shaftsbury, SP7 0AF.  Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original packaging within 14 days of despatch.  
  • Please note that items made  to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and  embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable.
  • Please complete and enclose a Returns Form supplied with your delivery.
  • Goods must be in original condition with all the swing tickets attached.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not  affected).
  • Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged. 
  • In all  cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us. We recommend sending your parcel on a tracked service by courier or Royal Mail. Please retain proof of postage for your own records.
  • Please allow 10 days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse. We take our quality seriously and as such, worn goods will not be credited or replaced without the goods being inspected by our quality control department.  If we agree that an item is faulty and is returned to our head office within a 30-day period, you can choose a repair, replacement or a refund of this item.
