We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.  This does not apply to orders with embroidery or orders that are out of stock.  Although we aim to have good stock of all items in our brochure, in cases where items are out of stock, your order may be subject to delays. Please allow up to 6 -8 weeks for manufacture and delivery for items not in stock. Bespoke orders that are made-to-order are handled on an individual basis. For any updates concerning stock and lead times, please call our office.  All orders are subject to a post and packing charge (P&P). Orders are sent by courier service and are insured. The post and packing charge is not included in the price of the garment and will reflect separately on your invoice. Inline reserves the right to amend these charges at any time. Please note that delivery charges for accessories with different sizes and weights may incur different charges and will be advised at time of sale.

UK Deliveries (Mainland and Offshore)

Packaging and Postage charges:

  • Standard delivery £7.00 + vat. (3-6 days).   1-4 items. 
  • Premium Delivery £10.00 + vat. (1-2 days). Orders must be received by midday for this service. Up to 20 items.  
  • Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to surcharges and extended delivery times.
  • Deliveries to the Channel Islands or Isles of Scilly please register the correct "Country" as this determines the correct delivery charge. Do not select the default United Kingdom.  Please select the appropriate country name which will be for example Guernsey, Jersey or Isle Of Man.


 International Deliveries

If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the duty and tax amount as this differs from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. This also applies to all European deliveries and the new Brexit rules which came into effect on the 1st January 2021.  Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. International deliveries will be despatched EXW (Ex Works). You can either arrange your own delivery or we can do this on your behalf and add the cost to your invoice. Full payment is required before despatch.
