WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Our uniforms are available in sizes 6-24.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? 

Our uniforms are inline with high street sizing. We do recommend, if you are between sizes, to order the larger size to allow for movement and comfort. If you are still unsure please take a look at our sizing guide here.

 

I WANT TO ORDER A TUNIC AND TROUSER, HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE SAME FABRIC?

We offer 3 different fabric ranges, Luxury Crepe, Pro-Stretch and Linen Look.

Our products have a reference code starting with 2 letters, e.g. CR126.  

Luxury Crepe starts with the letters CR

Linen-look starts with TN 

Pro-Stretch starts with the letters PS 

 

I'D LIKE TO CUSTOMISE MY LOOK. DO YOU OFFER EMBROIDERY?

At Inline we use the latest technology to replicate company logos and our in-house machinery produces an outstanding end result. Simply email your logo to us (PDF or JPEG format) for a quote. If you are looking to add your name, job title or company logo in a standard font, we have 5 different styles to choose from. For more information please see our embroidery page.

 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

UK Mainland

Standard delivery £5.00 + vat. (3-6 days).  Up to 25 items.   

Premium Delivery £9.00 + vat. (1-2 days). Orders must be received by midday for this service. Up to 20 items.

Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of  Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to surcharges and extended delivery times.

Europe & International

Delivery charges depend on the order size and destination and will be confirmed at time of order.

 

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please return the goods to our head office address: Inline London, The Stables, Crocknorth Road, East Horsley, Surrey, KT24 5TG. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery. We can not accept any items that have been altered, this includes items with embroidery or bespoke garments. I HAVE A PROMO CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

Valid promo codes can be entered at the 'confirm order' stage (step 5) at checkout.

 

I'VE DROPPED SOMETHING DOWN MY UNIFORM. HOW CAN I GET IT OUT?

Our garments are treated with a soil release finish which gives some protection to the garments, however no uniform is stain resistant.  Speed of treatment is essential so any stain should be treated as quickly as possible. For effective cleaning please ensure the drum is not be more than 2/3rds full. Apply a domestic stain remover such as Vanish Stain Removal Spray directly to the soiled area. Allow enough time for the stain remover to work itself into the stain (e.g. 10 minutes) and wash on a normal 40°C cycle. Repeat if necessary.  Different materials stain differently so you may need to try some tricks of the trade.  These can be found online at http://remove-stain.com/get-stains-out-polyester

 

CAN I TUMBLE DRY MY UNIFORM?

Unfortunately not. Extreme heat damages the fibers in the fabric, the change is irreversible.
