RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund to: Unit 3 Bridge Park, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BF.
Please note that items that have been made to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable.
Please complete and enclose a Returns Form supplied with your delivery. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of despatch. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged.
In all cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage. Please allow up to four weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse. |
