Orders can be made by website, phone, fax, or post.

Orders on the website will be confirmed only when we send you acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order, this will usually be done via email.  Prior to this acknowledgement being sent to you, orders on the website are subject to change.  Inline reserves the right to amend any order placed on the website until we confirm receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation note then please contact us immediately.

College Orders: For Student orders please click 'Student Login' link in the bottom left corner of the home page. New students must register first and can do so by clicking on the register button. You must enter your secondary password when registering which will be supplied by your college, in order to recieve your discount. Once registered you can login. Each time you login you must re-enter your secondary password. Once logged in you are able to click the link at the top of the page and bottom left corner to view items specific to your college. Select items required, once you have selected your size and colour the college price will be displayed.

PAYMENT: We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.  Alternatively you can pay by cheque - please make cheques payable to Inline London.  Please note you must write your home address and cheque card number on the back.  Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

V.A.T. and PRICES: All prices are subject to VAT (at time of print 17.5%).  Inline reserves the right to amend prices without notice.

DELIVERY: UK orders in stock and placed before midday will be sent out the same day. Orders are sent out on a next day service, however this is not guaranteed so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.This does not apply to embroidered items.  Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full. Delivery times for international orders vary, please enquire.  Please note: Although we aim to have good stock of all items in our brochure, in cases where items are out of stock your order may be subject to lengthy delays. Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery for items not in stock. Please phone our sales desk for an update on stock levels as this will effect delivery times.

POST AND PACKING: All orders are subject to a post and packing charge.  Orders are sent by courier service and are insured.  The post and packing charge is not included in the price of the garment and will reflect seperately on your invoice.  Orders placed on the website will automatically calculate a P&P charge provided the correct delivery details have been entered.  Inline reserves the right to amend any order placed on the website until we confirm receipt.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: If items are in stock, we are able to offer an express delivery service (mainland UK only) at an additional cost of £5 per item ordered.  Please allow 48 hours for delivery.  Orders must be received before noon.  Express delivery service is not available for internet orders.

GUARANTEE: Should any stock item fail to meet your expectations, the Inline guarantee allows you to return the goods for an exchange or full refund, as long as they are stock items and have not been made to special order, altered or personalised in any way.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund to: Unit 3 Bridge Park, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BF.  Please note that items that have been made to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable.  Please complete and enclose a Returns Form supplied with your delivery.  Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of despatch.  Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.  If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged.  In all cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage.  Please allow up to four weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

STOCK LEVELS: We carry stock of our most popular designs.  From time to time, stock of these items may run low. Please note: Items not in stock may be subject to lengthy delays.  Please phone our sales desk for an update on stock levels as this will effect delivery times.

LEISUREWEAR: There is a minimum order quantity of five items on a first order of leisurewear.  The five garments can be of different styles and colours.  There is a minimum order of 20 T-shirts to have a corporate logo applied.  Please note we do not embroider T-Shirts.

EMBROIDERY: Garments can be personalised with your company name or names of staff using our high quality embroidery service.  We have a choice of six different fonts or alternatively, you can have your corporate logo applied to your garments.  For this service and a free quotation, please supply us with a clear colour laser copy of your design.  There is a one off set-up charge to have your logo digitised in the correct format for the embroidery process.  There is no minimum order quantity for embroidery.  Orders placed on the website cannot be embroidered.

LENGTH ALTERATION: This service is available at a surcharge of £20 per item altered.  In order to alter jackets and dresses, we require your nape to waist measurement and to amend trousers, we require your outside leg measurement, taken from your waist to where you would like the trousers to finish.  Please note that garments that have been altered in any way are strictly non-returnable.

COLOUR CHARGE: Items manufactured in any non-stock colour are made to special order and are subject to a surcharge depending on the cost of the fabric. These items are strictly non-returnable.

SIZING
Our garments are cut to allow freedom of movement and comfort for work.  To ensure that you receive the correct size, it is vital that you compare your body measurements to the size chart below.  These measurements are close body measurements taken without clothing at the points marked on the diagram.

The majority of designs offered are in sizes 8 - 24.  Sizes 8-18 are at the standard brochure listed price.  Sizes 20-24 are available at a surcharge of £6.00 per garment. You will find lengths given with the item codes in the brochure and on the price list.  To obtain your correct size, measure your actual body measurements. This will give you a better fit than measuring over your clothes.  When you have your measurements, use the chart to find your size.  All lengths specified in the brochure are approximate and can vary slightly.  The trouser length measurement is taken from the base of the waistband, along the outside of the leg to the hem.  The skirt length measurement is taken from the base of the waistband to the finished hem.  The Jacket length is taken from the back neck to the hem.
