Colleges and Student Ordering Online:

Online ordering is available for certain colleges only. If your college has provided you with a specific code (Membership Code) then you can register your personal details online together with this Membership Code and the website will do the rest.  A link will guide to the appropriate section enabling you to order your correct uniform at the correct price. Please ensure you follow the registration process carefully. If you do not register correctly then the website may charge you incorrectly. Please follow the instructions by clicking on this link How to Order.  If you do not wish to order online then please send your order by post using the order form provided by your college.

Online Orders: Orders on the website will be confirmed only when we send you acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order, this will usually be done via email.  Prior to this acknowledgement being sent to you, orders on the website are subject to change.  Inline reserves the right to amend any order placed on the website until we confirm receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation note then please contact us immediately.

Payment- electronic: We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. If you wish to pay by BACS or other form please contact the office.

Payment- cheque: Alternatively you can pay by cheque - please make cheques payable to Inline London.  Please note you must write your home address and cheque card number on the back.  Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

V.A.T, Duties & Prices: All prices are subject to VAT (at time of print 17.5%).  Inline reserves the right to amend prices without notice.


DELIVERY:

All  orders to mainland UK are despatched on a next day service (signed for). We  aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.   Circumstances outside of our control may delay your order so please  allow up to 5 days for delivery.  This  does not apply to orders with embroidery or orders that are out of stock. Please note Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of  Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to surcharges and  extended delivery times. For international deliveries and further information  please contact our office. Please note: Although we aim to have good stock of  all items in our brochure, in cases where items are out of stock your order may  be subject to lengthy delays. Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture and  delivery for items not in stock. All  orders are subject to a post and packing charge and will appear separately on  your invoice.  VAT is charged on all post  and packing services.   Inline reserves  the right to amend the post and packing charge prior to the despatch of your  order.  A guide to  the delivery charges (UK mainland) are as  follows. Charges may vary slightly depending on weight and size.


SUMMARY OF ADDITIONAL COSTS:

  • Post & Packing Costs: A postage and package charge will be applied to the order at the check out stage. These charges are subject to change and can be seen in the Delivery & Returns section. 
  • Embroidery Costs: Logo and digitisation costs vary depending on the complexity of the logo and design.  Standard embroidery costs £5.99per logo.  We prefer to always talk to the customer about their embroidery requirements so please feel free to contact us with any questions.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund. Please complete and enclose a returns form supplied with your delivery. Please note that items that have been made to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of despatch.  Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for returns postage.  If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged.  In all cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage.  Please allow up to four weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.


STOCK LEVELS:

We carry stock of our most popular designs.  From time to time, stock of these items may run low. Please note: Items not in stock may be subject to lengthy delays.  Please phone our sales desk for an update on stock levels as this will effect delivery times.


EMBROIDERY:

Garments can be personalised with your company name or names of staff using our high quality embroidery service.  Visit our Embroidery Page for more information


ALTERATIONS:

This service is available at a surcharge of £20 per item altered.  In order to alter jackets and dresses, we require your nape to waist measurement and to amend trousers, we require your outside leg measurement, taken from your waist to where you would like the trousers to finish.  Please note that garments that have been altered in any way are strictly non-returnable.
