Successfully proven in the market place for over 15 years our fabric has been specifically designed and continuously developed to withstand the demands of the modern working environment.
Using the latest in polyester technology we have produced a range of fabrics that offers the benefits of conventional polyesters, such as easy care, strength and durability but has additional qualities built in, allowing it to maximise performance in all areas:
COMFORT:We know the importance of being comfortable at work. Whilst early polyester fabrics have been found to be stiff to the touch, our fabrics use microfilament polyester yarns in the production of our fabrics allowing them to exhibit incredibly soft handle and luxurious drape.
Our fabric is 100% bi-stretch polyester with lycra giving the fabric it’s stretch properties allowing our uniforms to move with your body and giving you the ease of movement necessary in your working day. This stretch ability and ultra soft handle gives our uniforms the edge in both comfort and fit. |
HYGIENE: Our latest development has been the introduction of our ‘silverplus’ finish to our fabrics. For many years silver has been a successful means against bacterial attack. Silverplus provides an antimicrobial or hygienic finish on the fabric. The silver based finished prevents the uninhibited multiplication of bacteria on the textile. This feature means hygiene and freshness can be maintained a at all times, essential to those where clinical hygiene is key.
PERSPIRATION CONTROL:Whilst many ordinary fabrics like cottons will absorb moisture our fabrics have been engineered with wicking technology which draws moisture away from the body. Fabrics like cotton will hang on to moisture making garments heavy and unpleasantly clammy. Our modern polyester has a system of fibres which picks up moisture and carries it away from your body allowing it to evaporate from the surface of the fabric so you can stay cool and dry. |

DURABILITY: The inherent strength of polyester yarn results in high tensile strength making them particularly suitable for career wear being both hard wearing, and durable.
All our fabrics have been laboratory tested for pilling and abrasion and scored highly against other fibres producing results of 4 out of 5 in British standard test tables.
Polyester is naturally colourfast so your uniform still retains it’s vivid colour and prevents your uniform looking old and tired after washing. |
EASY CARE:Our uniforms require minimal care to give you the convenience needed in your ever busy schedule. All our garments are machine washable at 40 or 60 degrees. Garments are almost dry when removed from the washing machine and need to be hung only for a short period to dry completely.
Our fabrics are naturally resistant to creasing requiring only a light iron on the reverse side of the cloth and you’re ready to go!
