DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY:

All  orders to mainland UK are despatched on a next day service (signed for). We  aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.  Circumstances outside of our control may delay your order so please  allow up to 5 days for delivery.  This  does not apply to orders with embroidery or orders that are out of stock.  Please note Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of  Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to surcharges and  extended delivery times. For international deliveries and further information  please contact our office. Please noteAlthough we aim to have good stock of all items in our brochure, in cases where items are out of stock your order may be subject to lengthy delays. Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery for items not in stock. Please phone our sales desk for an update on stock levels as this will effect delivery times.          

Post & Packing Charge:

All orders are subject to a post and packing charge. Orders are sent by courier service and are insured. The post and packing charge is not included in the price of the garment and will reflect seperately on your invoice. Vat is charged on the post and packing.  Orders placed on the website will automatically calculate a P&P charge provided the correct delivery details have been entered. Inline reserves the right to amend post and packing charges at anytime. 

Summary of Delivery Costs(UK Only):             

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £5.50     

Express Delivery (1-2 working days) £8.00

*Please note that delivery charges for accessories with different sizes and weights will incur different charges and will be advised at time of sale. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund to: The Stables, Crocknorth Road, East Horsley, Surrey, KT24 5TG. Please note that items that have been made  to a client's specification ie. special colours, length alterations and  embroidered garments are strictly non-returnable. Please complete and enclose a Returns Form supplied with your delivery.  Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 30 days of despatch.  Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged goods (statutory rights not  affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. If you require a garment in exchange for one that has been returned, you will be  charged a post and packing service for the items being exchanged. In all  cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage.  Please allow up to  four weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
